The North Port Restaurant are proud to welcome Tony Heath for a very special dinner.

Tony opened The Coach House in 1983 where The North Port is now situated.
We will be serving dishes from the Coach House days of the ‘80s along with North Port specialties from the present time.

Scone Chanterelles, peas, broad beans, malt croutons, wild herbs

Hot scallop mousse with saffron beurre blanc, avruga caviar and tomato

Mackerel Fillet, crispy chicken skin, pickled samphire, roast onion consommé

Lamb two ways, slow braised shoulder with carved loin, haricots blanc, thyme roasted potato and a rosemary jus

Blairgowrie Strawberries, Alyth meadowsweet

Iced praline and amaretto parfait with raspberries
